Following a kinesiology or massage therapy session, you may experience various feelings and sensations as your body integrates the adjustments made during the treatment. Common experiences include:

Increased Relaxation: A feeling of deep relaxation and calm, resulting from the release of stress and energy balancing during the session.

Heightened Awareness: You may notice an increased awareness of your body and its needs. Enabling a better understanding of how you respond to stressors, foods, and various activities in your daily life.

Minor Discomfort or Sensitivity: It’s common to feel some temporary discomfort or soreness in treated areas, similar to what you might feel after intense physical activity. This usually subsides quickly.

Changes in Physical sensations: You might feel a shift in physical sensations, such as reduced muscle tension, greater mobility, or a sense of lightness. Any aches or discomforts may also lessen.

Energetic shifts: An improved energy flow throughout the body is common. You may feel more energized or, if your body needs rest, an urge to relax.

Emotional Release: Kinesiology can sometimes bring up hidden emotions or past experiences for processing. You may feel more emotional than usual—this can manifest as joy, relief, or even sadness

Detox Symptoms: As your body begins to eliminate toxins, you may experience mild detox symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, digestive changes, or skin breakouts. These reactions are generally temporary.

Everyone’s experience is unique. Some may feel an immediate improvement, while others might notice gradual changes.
After a session, it’s important to drink plenty of water, rest, and pay attention to any changes in your body or mood. Keeping a journal to document these experiences can help you process and understand your healing journey. Embracing these changes is a crucial part of the kinesiology process.
